Brief introduction:

Our stick shaping machine show the features of big capacity, low energy consumption, compact and durable. Many

advanced level. Our newly developed stick shaping machine can be used as charcoal powder shaping machine 

by replacement of some spare parts.

Working principle:

Coal bar machine can make powder-like raw coal to different shapes. Its working principle is: by the triangle belt, electromotor transmit the power to 

transmission. Transmission output shaft transmit the power to propeller shaft by floating coupling. Then the 

propeller shaft extrude the coal material by the molding die head and produce the desired high-pressure coal 

bar
